- The former guy was impeached 01.13.21 for incitement of insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on 01.06.21.
379 Capitol rioters have been charged as of 03.24.21.
- The former guy was acquitted in the Senate trial that ran from Feb. 9th - Feb. 13th, 2021.
57 Senators voted to convict (50 Democrats and 7 Republicans) and 43 Republican Senators voted to acquit on 02.13.21.
- At least 67/100 guilty votes were needed for the former guy to have been convicted and removed.
